Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with pictures and video of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
